## What we do

Juriansz Estate Services Group acts as **estate trustee** (executor or
administrator) for Ontario estates. We do this work independently of any
trust company or law firm, meaning families pay only for the hours worked
and avoid the 4–5% percentage commission that institutional trustees charge.

Services include:

- Full estate administration (from notice of death to final release)
- Application for Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee (probate)
- Estate Trustee During Litigation (ETDL) appointments for contested estates
- Passing of accounts under Rule 74.18 of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure
- CRA terminal T1, T3 trust returns, and tax clearance certificates
- Intestate administration under Part II of the Succession Law Reform Act
- Multilingual estate work — documents and beneficiary communication in
  English, Russian, Hebrew, Tamil, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese

## Service area

Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Markham, Richmond Hill,
